Note: It's important to regularly check the oil level. The lifespan of unopened engine oil ranges from 5 to 8 years, but once opened, it reduces to 6 months. Therefore, it's recommended to change the oil every 6 months or as per the mileage specified in the owner's manual.
Even though your engine can support API SF or later engine oil, we recommend using at least API SL, MA, or MA2 standard engine oil. Given it's a small, hardworking engine, we also suggest using synthetic engine oil for optimal protection.
